Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience with supervision, and knowledge of AP processes.
• Familiar with general ledger coding and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication for vendor and cross-department collaboration.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable, including invoice processing and payments.
• Supervise and mentor AP team members with performance feedback.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure internal controls and policy compliance in accounting processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to maintain relationships.
• Assist with month-end/year-end close, including AP accruals.
• Identify process improvements to increase AP efficiency.
