Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 3+ years in AP, with at least 1 year in supervision; proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle; strong GAAP knowledge, analytical ability, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in accounting software/ERP (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable process and ensure timely payments.
• Mentor and develop AP team members to maintain high performance.
• Review invoices, POs, and expense reports per policy.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance; support month-end close.
