Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in AP or accounting administration, strong Excel skills, and a meticulous approach to data entry.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on Accounts Payable or accounting admin experience.
• Basic understanding of core accounting principles and vendor disbursement workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry in accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Review disbursement and reimbursement requests for accuracy and approvals.
• Prepare and post check runs and reconcile transactions per policy.
• Monitor invoices and reimbursements to ensure timely payments.
• Process expense reports, audit invoices, and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Participate in special projects to support workflows and growth.
