Job summary

REP Fitness in Westminster, Colorado, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to own the full-cycle AP and manage vendor relationships. You will lead system enhancements, ensure accurate processing, and support month-end closes.

This role blends hands-on AP execution with process improvements in a hybrid office setting, requiring strong attention to detail, collaboration with operations, purchasing, and international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience with full-cycle ownership.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with international vendor payments and/or wire processing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle Accounts Payable including vendor on-boarding, invoicing, coding, approvals and payments.
• Lead NetSuite AP environment improvements and automate workflows.
• Drive AP month-end close deliverables and accruals for a 5-business-day close.
• Resolve aging payables including international vendors and data integrity.
• Maintain vendor master data and dual-approval compliant setups.
• Support external audit requirements and SOP documentation.
• Mentor AP staff as the function grows.
