Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is hiring a Senior Associate Specialist, Accounting to execute routine accounting tasks, ensure accurate general ledger records, and support audits.

You will help with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close while upholding GAAP/IFRS standards. You will collaborate with Specialists and Managers to maintain data integrity, prepare reports for management and auditors, and contribute to process improvements across the accounting function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
• Experience supporting journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and accounting adjustments under established guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger records.
• Support investigation of discrepancies in ledger accounts and transactional data.
• Follow internal controls and standard accounting procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end/ year-end close.
• Assist in preparing routine financial reports and schedules for management and auditors.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to resolve issues.
