Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Associate Specialist, Accounting to execute routine journal entries, reconciliations and close activities, while ensuring GAAP compliance and internal controls.

This remote role supports multi-entity operations with a monthly remote-work stipend and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary ranges from $88,600 to $107,600, with eligibility for an annual bonus and a rich Total Rewards program including health benefits and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years accounting, finance, or audit experience.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and adjustments under established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and support reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities with schedules and documentation.
• Prepare routine operational and statutory financial reports.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve routine issues and support process improvements.
