Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Specialist, Accounting to support core accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close activities.

This role collaborates with Specialists and Managers to ensure accurate records and compliance with internal controls. The position is remote within US business hours and requires 2–4 years in accounting, ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle), and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Foundational GAAP/IFRS knowledge and GL processes.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset and process adherence.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and accounting adjustments.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Investigate discrepancies in ledger accounts and transactional data.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare routine financial reports for management and auditors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to resolve issues.
