Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in the United States seeks a Senior Associate Specialist, Accounting to execute routine journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities while supporting audit processes. You will work with cross-functional finance teams to ensure accurate ledgers and strong internal controls, including documenting processes.

The role offers a remote work setup with a monthly stipend and a base salary range of $88,600 to $107,600, plus eligible annual bonus and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of GAAP/IFRS and GL processes.
• Experience supporting journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to follow established processes.
• Organized and able to manage deadlines with guidance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine journal entries and adjustments under established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Investigate discrepancies in ledger accounts and transactional data.
• Follow internal controls and standard accounting procedures to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts, including accruals and prepayments.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Assist in identifying variances and discrepancies and elevate findings for review.
• Maintain organized close documentation and workpapers.
• Assist in preparing routine operational and statutory financial reports.
• Support preparation of accounting schedules and reports for management and auditors.
• Ensure assigned reporting deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
• Support process improvement initiatives and update accounting templates and documentation.
