Job summary

Principal Consulting Group seeks an Implementation Lead - Accounting Solutions to drive onboarding and deployment of the Rillet application for new clients. You will own end-to-end implementations and coordinate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver on time.

You will analyze client accounting and finance processes, configure solutions, manage data migration, system integrations, and user training across all levels, while maintaining clear documentation and ongoing client

Qualifications

5+ years of ERP or accounting software implementations.
Experience with end-to-end system workflows and day-to-day client-facing activities.
Knowledge of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end client implementations and onboarding.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to define plans and timelines.
Analyze client accounting/finance workflows and configure solutions to meet needs.
Guide clients through data migration, system integration, and user training across levels.
Monitor milestones, proactively address risks and issues.
Assist with migration and reconciliation of large data sets from multiple systems.
Facilitate connections in the customer environment with integration partners.
