Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as a Product Manager leading a cross‑functional team.
• Minimum of five years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial measurement tools and accounting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with state government regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical, UX, and project management trade-offs.
• Strong bias toward action and ability to structure team plans in ambiguity.
• Ability to define objectives and reverse engineer paths to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge in accounting practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and technology solutions, including integrations.
• Lead stakeholders through complex policy implementations and business processes.
• Communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
