Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager (Accounting SME and Tech Solutions Advisor) to rapidly validate product strategies and align with contract requirements, bridging state government accounting practices and technology solutions.

You will work with stakeholders, design, and engineering to plan and scope work. What you’ll do includes leveraging accounting expertise, handling software solutions, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex public policy implementations to

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Product Manager leading cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial measurement tools and accounting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and government compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical, user experience, and project management trade-offs.
• Ability to execute with incomplete information and build action plans.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, goals, and measures of success for the products and services you manage.
• Work with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to discover and synthesize market research, user needs, business requirements, and technical approaches.
• Define the direction, scope, and priority of projects from high-level initiatives to specific features and metrics.
• Collaborate with the project management team to prioritize roadmaps and inbound units of work.
• Lead integration of accounting software solutions to improve process efficiency and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure audit logging, system integrations and monitoring.
