Job summary

Talent Shift, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounting Policy and SEC Reporting professional to assist on multiple client engagements on a contract basis. This fully remote role will run through the end of the year with a potential extension.

You will research US GAAP and SEC reporting, support financial reporting and close processes, and collaborate with client teams to deliver timely analyses and compliant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting experience.
• Residency in continental U.S. required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and apply U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Support accounting, financial reporting, and business transformation projects for clients.
• Assist with transactions and special projects, including new standards implementation and reporting improvements.
• Collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver analyses and deliverables.
