Job summary

AE Perkins LLC is seeking an Accounting Operations Processing Specialist to support the Accounting Operations team with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related financial processes. The role works remotely after onboarding, with two weeks of in-person training at our Carrollton, TX corporate office to ensure a smooth transition.

Applicants should have at least two years' experience with a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), a bachelor's or associate degree in accounting/finance, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; Associate's degree required.
• Experience with banking operations and ledgers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Manage bank lockbox processing activities and fund application.
• Handle exception funding and maintain proper documentation.
• Oversee HSA transactions in compliance with policies.
• Oversee COBRA payments and communications.
• Execute stop payment entries and document communications.
• Support special projects and process improvements with Accounting Operations.
