• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, AP, AR, Billing, Bookkeeping, or Accounting Clerk roles.
• Experience processing invoices and payment transactions.
• Experience with account reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable invoices and Accounts Receivable transactions.
• Enter accounting data into the ERP system.
• Assist with journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare invoice payments, expense vouchers, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and files.
• Generate routine accounting reports.
• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze accounting data.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries.
