Lumelight is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GAAP accuracy, and support monthly and annual reporting with strong internal controls.

You will oversee journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial data analysis while mentoring a small accounting team and partnering with the Controller and CFO to mitigate risk and drive process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting or audit experience preferred.
• Experience supporting a multi-state or professional services organization.

Mansioni

• Records/approves accounting transactions within GAAP guidelines.
• Reviews balance sheet reconciliations; identifies errors and corrects.
• Manages month-end close, journal entries, and reporting support.
• Oversees staff accountant; mentors and develops team.
• Assists Controller and CFO in risk mitigation and audits.
• Documents processes and recommends improvements.
