Zusammenfassung

Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to join the Finance team and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure GAAP accuracy, support monthly and annual reporting, and maintain strong internal controls while mentoring a small staff.

The role covers journal entries, month-end close, balance sheet analyses, policy updates, and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with the Controller and CFO to drive process improvements across multi-state engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting or audit experience preferred.
• Experience supporting a multi-state or professional services organization.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Support monthly and annual reporting processes and maintain strong internal controls.
• Prepare and review journal entries; manage month-end close and reconciliations.
• Provide financial data analyses and contribute to policy updates and risk mitigation.
• Lead and mentor a small accounting team; assist with audits, tax returns, and internal processes.
