Supporting Strategies is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a remote team of client-facing accountants during daytime business hours. You will drive a delightful client experience, oversee onboarding, and mentor staff while upholding our high standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
10 Years of related accounting experience with 4 years of hands-on management experience.
Capacity to work up to 32–35 hours a week during daytime business hours.
Proven ability to attract, build and retain a high-performance remote team.
Experience with QuickBooks (Enterprise/Online), Bill.com and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients.
Demonstrate thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
Oversee client onboarding and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
Coach and develop team members to maintain high-quality service.
Maintain client relationships and ensure adherence to budgets and policies.
Lead and manage remote team members across multiple client engagements.
