Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 10 years of accounting experience with 4 years of hands-on management experience.
• Ability to work from home for a full-time role during daytime hours.
• Proven ability to attract, build and retain a high-performance remote team.
• Strong communication and confidentiality when handling client data.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Oversee client onboarding for all assigned engagements.
• Implement technology toolbox on client engagements to drive efficiency and value.
• Coach and guide team members; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Balance workload and capacity to ensure client needs and budgets are met.
• Review accountants’ work for quality and compliance; lead annual performance reviews.
