Job summary

Supporting Strategies is seeking a Manager, Remote Accounting Services to lead a remote team of client-facing accountants from home, during daytime hours, across the United States. The role emphasizes high-quality client service, scalable processes, and continued growth of our cloud-based accounting platform.

You will leverage your accounting and management experience to elevate client experiences, onboard new engagements, and uphold our reputation for work-life balance and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Approximately 10 years of accounting experience with at least 4 years in hands-on management.
• Ability to work 32–35 hours per week during daytime business hours.
• Experience attracting, building and retaining remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
• Oversee onboarding for all client engagements and implement the technology toolbox.
• Lead and coach a remote team of client-facing accountants to deliver quality service.
• Balance client needs with budgets and capacity, and ensure timely deliverables.
