Job summary

Ethos seeks experienced accounting managers to help train AI on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own close reconciliations, audit support tasks, and PBC documentation, applying GAAP standards and precise control testing.

This fully remote role offers $80/hour with flexible 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP. You craft high-quality outputs in Excel/Sheets and deliver reliable inputs for model training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate accounting, financial operations, or internal/external audit support with hands-on ownership of close reconciliations and audit requests.
• Fluency in GAAP and PBC documentation standards; proficient in spreadsheet-based control testing.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail; expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Train AI on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage monthly close reconciliations and journal entry packages.
• Prepare and review audit request schedules and PBC documentation.
