meet alleyoop.com is seeking a Director of Accounting to shape financial strategy and operations for rapid growth in cosmetics. You will oversee planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and risk management from the leadership table.

Reporting to the CEO/COO, you will manage a high‑performing accounting team and coordinate with lenders and investors on debt/equity financing opportunities. This is a remote, full‑time contractor role in the United States.

Qualificações

• Senior leadership experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong background in e-commerce and omni‑channel operations.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic decisions.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Oversee accounting operations and internal controls.
• Manage debt financing options and lender/investor relationships.
• Ensure multi-state sales tax compliance and corporate regulatory compliance.
• Lead risk management and strategic leadership initiatives.
