Catch Creation, LLC is a US-based e-commerce company operating remotely with teams worldwide. We are hiring a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager to own day-to-day accounting operations, report to the CEO, and maintain accurate books across multiple currencies and platforms.

You'll lead payments, tax compliance, month-end closes, and financial reporting for our US and international operations, with growth opportunities into finance leadership.

Qualifications

• CPA licensed in the Philippines and 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience supporting US-based companies preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce accounting: payments, inventory, COGS.
• Month-end close, reconciliations, audit prep.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting operations and ensure clean books.
• Manage payables/receivables, payroll audits, and contractor payments.
• Handle tax compliance across US and international nexus states.
• Maintain records in QuickBooks and ERP (Fulfil.io).
• Prepare month-end and year-end close and ad-hoc reporting.
