Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with hands-on close responsibilities.
• Experience in ecommerce/DTC with omnichannel exposure.
• Experience with inventory accounting and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close and financial reporting, GAAP-compliant; finalize reporting package.
• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, AP/AR; review team work.
• Lead inventory reconciliation, year-end valuation, and physical count.
• Build and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage outside tax contractors and review their work for accuracy.
• Design processes for wholesale and marketplace expansion; lead close improvements.
• Use AI tools to automate accounting tasks with appropriate review.
