DCX is a growing BPO serving US clients with a fully remote accounting team. The Home Based Accounting Assistant will handle client instructions, manage invoicing processes, and ensure accurate time reporting for profitability analysis.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, and professional communication with clients and suppliers. This full-time role offers work-from-home flexibility and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Related bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage requests for extra work quotes (EPO/VPO).
• Follow up overdue builder invoices for timely payments.
• Handle disputes related to builder invoices, EPOs, and VPOs.
• Process builder, vendor, subcontractor, and backcharge payments.
