IBS Integrated Branding Solutions is seeking an accomplished Accountant for a remote position. You will maintain financial integrity, manage accounts payable/receivable, perform reconciliations, and support data-driven decision making across teams.

You will leverage Xero to streamline processes, assist in budgets and forecasts, and provide timely, accurate financial reporting to leadership. Collaboration and adherence to regulatory standards are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with Xero is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Performing bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies, and resolving financial issues.
• Processing payroll accurately and on time, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and analysing financial statements, highlighting key insights and trends.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete financial data.
