Job summary

You will maintain financial records, prepare statements, and support decision-making with rigorous analysis in a predominantly asynchronous, globally distributed team.

The role requires strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and experience with QuickBooks and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Demonstrated experience with tax compliance and preparation.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Oracle, and financial statement tools.
• Experience using GAAP compliance software and tax preparation software.
• Strong written English — our company works in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure tax compliance through accurate preparation and filing processes.
• Maintain financial records using QuickBooks and Oracle systems.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
