Job summary

Ilocatum seeks a skilled accounting professional to drive financial reporting and systems design, enabling acquisitions and growth. You’ll partner with senior leaders, implement AI tools, and transition from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online without interrupting operations.

The role requires close collaboration across teams, strong controls, and timely, accurate financial data to guide strategic decisions and performance. Remote work is possible with occasional in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Four+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close process with variance analyses and action items.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile GL accounts, bank statements and financial data.
• Implement AI tools to streamline accounting processes and enhance controls.
• Collaborate with leadership to design system and process improvements.
