Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital is seeking an Account Service Coordinator to support Chicago area clients, focusing on onboarding startups and maintaining strong client relationships. This remote role requires travel to client sites 3–5 days a week and close coordination with sales, main lab, and billing teams.

The successful candidate will bring 1–3 years of customer service experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to travel within the Chicago area.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service both internally and externally.
• Onboard new account startups from start to completion with the sales team.
• Travel to client offices 3-5 days a week to support Chicago area accounts.
• Act as a liaison between client, sales, main lab, supply, LIS, client services and billing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencies.
• Maintain relationships with key operating and clinical leaders in person and by phone.
