Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Client Experience Manager for the Chicago, IL area with remote work options. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service to clients and sustaining long-term relationships through data-driven reviews and proactive account management.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation and communication skills, plus solid proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Ability to prepare, analyze and present complex business reviews to Clients.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer software skills in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides continued high standard of service and communication to maintain client base.
• Surveys existing accounts for new opportunities.
• Manipulates data as needed for internal business reviews/meetings.
• Performs ongoing analysis of portfolio of business managed by analyzing vendor, client and sector financial performance.
• Manages internal resources to problem solve for issues in the field.
• Serves as liaison between client and sector to ensure all relevant information is communicated.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
