Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to provide clear feedback.
• Experience working across multiple departments and lines of business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.

• Ability to meet deadlines under demanding time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Extended Service Contract.
• Provide product, pricing and sales support to Sales, Dealership and Brand Manufacturer for US and Canada.
• Assist in resolving issues involving Sales, Dealership, Brand Manufacturer and Customers.
• Coordinate reporting functions and ensure effective turnaround time.
• Assist with achieving company sales and customer service goals and objectives.
• Assist with projects as assigned, accurately, timely, and with minimal supervision.
