Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend products during qualified calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries and input data into client system.
• Provide explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations pertaining to duties.
• Assist with delinquent accounts following state guidelines.
