Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success or related role, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic customer service principles and practices.
• Familiarity with the organization’s products or services.

• Ability to identify and resolve straightforward issues.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Builds relationships with clients through positive interactions.

Responsibilities
