Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking an experienced Account Manager to grow our wireless lease-to-own partnership network from a remote location across the continental US. You will manage relationships with major retailers, educate them on our web-based lease-to-own platform, and drive sales performance.

Reporting to the Manager, Account Management, you will leverage CRM data, conduct trainings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management.
• Experience managing accounts in retail environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CRM proficiency with data logging and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with retailers and leadership to drive margins.
• Conduct virtual trainings and 1:1 meetings.
• Utilize hardware and software to enhance accountability.
• Support education of retailers on our web-based lease-to-own platform.
• Travel up to 10%.
