Job summary

PROG Holdings seeks an Account Manager, Wireless to expand retailer relationships and drive growth in the fast-growing virtual lease-to-own market. This remote role can be performed anywhere in the continental US or at our Utah location.

You will liaise with retailers, deliver virtual trainings, and use data to support strategic initiatives. Candidates should have 3–5 years in account management, wireless industry experience is preferred, and English is required with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in account management.
• 3+ years’ experience managing accounts in a retail environment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
• Experience in wireless industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with retailers and their leadership to drive margin and efficiency.
• Build relationships through virtual trainings and 1:1 meetings.
• Utilize hardware and software to enhance accountability and performance.
• Contribute to the evolution of the growing virtual lease-to-own market.
• Bring sales strategies and ideas to support retailer initiatives.
• Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment to benefit customers.
