Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking an Account Manager, Wireless to join our sales organization and help grow our lease-to-own program. This is a work-from-home role that can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or at our Utah location.

You will cultivate relationships with national retailers, deliver trainings, and use CRM and MS Office to track activity and performance. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience.
• Experience managing accounts in retail is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• CRM experience with logging activities, insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain retailer relationships to drive margin and operational efficiency.
• Lead virtual trainings and 1:1 meetings with retailers.
• Use hardware and software to boost accountability and performance.
• Contribute to growing the virtual lease-to-own market.
• Share sales strategies and ideas to advance retailer sales.
• Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; travel up to 10%.
