Job summary

Bloomerang is seeking an Account Manager to expand within existing accounts in a fully remote role. You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct discovery calls, deliver product demos, and grow revenue by expanding opportunities with current customers.

The ideal candidate will combine hunter and farmer mindsets, superb communication, and a love for SaaS solutions. Compensation includes a base salary with on-target earnings of $110,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups.
• Quick learner in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within the existing client base.
• Provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations to clients.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries from potential clients.
• Qualify leads using BANT criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
• Schedule meetings and develop a pipeline of prospects.
• Stay up-to-date on SaaS features and value propositions.
