The Encompass Group is seeking an Account Manager to service a nationwide territory in the compounding pharmaceutical and wellness space. You will manage an established book of business and grow key relationships with healthcare providers.

In this remote sales role, you will balance about 70% account management and 30% new business development, travel quarterly for territory visits, and collaborate with internal teams to support customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or outside sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to learn pharmaceutical products and industry terminology.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing book of business (~$1.5M).
• Build relationships with healthcare providers across the territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within accounts.
• Balance ~70% account management and ~30% business development.
