Genoa Healthcare, a part of Optum and UnitedHealth Group, is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of residential and healthcare partner accounts across WV and nearby regions. The role emphasizes relationship management, proactive support, and timely resolution of service, operational, and billing issues to maintain and grow the business.

The position involves onboarding, retention, service continuity, and growth metrics, with quarterly outreach and site visits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience building external client relationships and coordinating across internal teams to resolve issues and support account needs.
• 4+ years of experience supporting pharmacy or healthcare operations.
• 4+ years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare account management, in a client-facing role.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned residential and healthcare partner accounts, supporting retention and growth.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing accounts through responsive service and relationship management.
• Own performance across assigned accounts by supporting retention and growth and by coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution.
