Qualifications

• 4+ years in agency account management or client services.
• Experience with paid social, with Meta as primary channel.
• Ecommerce/DTC (Shopify) experience.
• Proven hook and ad copy writing with results.
• Experience briefing designers and running creative feedback loops.
• Senior client-facing communication with directors/CMOs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relationships with weekly calls and updates.
• Manage delivery scope, timelines, and hours.
• Develop creative strategy and a testing roadmap.
• Write hooks and ad copy; create headlines.
• Brief designers with precise briefs and provide feedback.
• Read and explain performance metrics in Ads Manager to clients.
• Iterate on winning hooks, formats, and framings.
