Job summary

Wpromote is seeking a sharp Paid Social Manager to lead scalable full-funnel paid social campaigns across a portfolio of clients. This hands-on role covers strategy, activation, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Creative and Data Science teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in paid media, strong Meta Ads Manager skills, and familiarity with GA4 and related analytics tools. Remote-friendly with options to work from Los Angeles or New York offices.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of paid media experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Hands-on experience building, optimizing, analyzing and reporting on paid social campaigns across Meta and other platforms.
• Strong fluency with Meta Ads Manager and platform UIs.
• Familiarity with GA4 / cross-channel analytics tools (Northbeam, Adobe, TripleWhale).
• Solid skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Facebook Blueprint certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate full-funnel paid social strategies tied to client objectives.
• Own day-to-day campaign setup, activation and optimization across multiple platforms.
• Lead client communications including weekly reporting and next-step recommendations.
• Translate insights into hypotheses and test social-first creative with cross-functional teams.
• Design and run experiments and A/B tests; document learnings.
• Apply QA, tagging and tracking discipline for accurate measurement.
• Build measurement setups with pixel tagging and server integrations; use tools to identify gaps.
