Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Manager for the Medical Affairs team in the United States. You will be the day-to-day client contact, managing relationships and ensuring expectations are aligned with agency capabilities.

• 3+ years experience in medical affairs and/or publications.
• Highly organized with a mindfulness of deadlines and attention to detail.
• Independent thinker who can own assets but works well in a team.
• Professional presence with a client-service orientation.
• BA or equivalent work experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as day-to-day client contact for medical affairs and publication workstreams; provide status updates and manage timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day account management; run internal meetings and track progress.
• Own medium/large client projects ensuring delivery within budget and timeframes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the account lead and address obstacles proactively.
• Understand client priorities and market trends to inform program strategy.
• Keep abreast of developments in medical communications and pharma industries.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas for credentials and pitches.
• Monitor account finances and support the lead with budgeting.
• Engage in ongoing professional development with management.
