Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Group Account Director to lead senior client partnerships across multiple medical affairs and publication streams. You will drive integrated account growth, mentor teams, and maintain financial stewardship while shaping long-term strategies.

The role requires leadership, business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a growing, fast-paced environment. Hybrid or remote options in US, with potential international candidates considered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in medical affairs/publications within an agency setting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expertise in advisory boards, symposia, MSL materials; publication planning a plus.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and driving organic growth.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing complex budgets.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Positive thinker who can adapt quickly, innovate and be a reliable resource under pressure.
• Professional presence with urgency and client service orientation.
