Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Account Manager to join our Medical Affairs team and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients. You will coordinate publication work, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet high standards while staying within budget.

You will work remotely in the US or from one of our US offices (New York, Boston, Chicago). This role emphasizes proactive collaboration, strategic thinking, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in medical affairs and/or publications.
• Independent thinker with strong client service orientation.
• Professional presence, urgency in deliverables, and collaboration.
• Able to manage upward and communicate deadlines clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client contact for medical affairs and publication work streams.
• Manage the flow of work, run internal team meetings, and track progress.
• Oversee medium/large client projects within budget and timelines.
• Communicate progress to account leads and propose solutions.
• Understand client priorities and monitor market trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to credentials and pitches.
• Support account finances and participate in training opportunities.
