Job summary

Circana is seeking an Account Manager to support client relationships with Media Platform clients. You will translate business objectives into measurement and media solutions that drive action and maximize client value.

You will collaborate with operators and stakeholders across analytics, product, operations, and sales to deliver high-quality analytical outputs and ensure client success in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative/marketing field
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for Media Platform partner stakeholders
• Translate analyses into actionable insights and recommendations
• Lead client discussions on targeting, optimization, measurement strategies, and performance
• Coordinate execution across targeting, optimization, measurement, and clean room workflows
• Monitor solution adoption and identify client challenges to maximize value
• Contribute to retention, renewals, and growth through client feedback and insights
• Coordinate across analytics, product, operations, sales, and client teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Advocate for the voice of the client to influence product improvements and service innovation
