Job summary

Circana is hiring an Account Manager to support Media Platform clients. You will translate business objectives into measurement and media solutions, deliver high-quality analytical outputs, and help clients maximize value from Circana’s capabilities.

You will collaborate with client operators and stakeholders, drive client adoption of Circana solutions, and partner with internal teams to ensure retention, renewals, and growth while representing the voice of the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative or marketing field.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive in task management.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, able to tailor messages.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for Media Platform partner stakeholders, building strong relationships.
• Translate analyses into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize media strategies.
• Lead client discussions with stakeholders on targeting, optimization, measurement, and performance outcomes.
• Coordinate across analytics, product, operations, sales, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Act as voice of the client to influence product improvements and service innovation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative or marketing field
