Circana is hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage client relationships for CPG advertisers, delivering actionable media recommendations aligned with strategy and research objectives. You will expand adoption of Circana Media Products and partner with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, audience workshops, and measuring outcomes for long-term client value, with a remote work option in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative or marketing field.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in task management.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• 3–5 years in the Media ecosystem or related analytics/insights roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationship management across Circana’s Media Products, including kick-off calls/docks, status updates, and product updates.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption of Circana Media Products and translate data into actionable insights.
• Lead audience workshops across mid and top clients and provide cross-sell recommendations.
• Engage cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve client issues.
• Ensure data quality and integrity of sold-in work and act as a client-facing product/marketing solutions expert.
