Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of account management, customer service, or sales in transportation logistics.
• Solid understanding of freight services and transportation operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as the primary contact for clients and maintain satisfaction.
• Account Growth: identify opportunities to expand service offerings with existing clients.
• Service Execution: oversee end-to-end transportation services per client agreements.
• Performance Monitoring: track delivery times, freight costs, and carrier performance.
• Issue Resolution: resolve disruptions and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams.
• Contract Management: assist in negotiations and renewals.
• Reporting & Analysis: provide performance reports and insights to clients.
• Collaboration: work with operations, finance, and customer service for smooth execution.
• Client Reviews: conduct periodic reviews to strengthen partnerships.
• Market Knowledge: stay informed on industry trends and regulations.
