National Corporate Housing is seeking an Account Manager for its Insurance Housing Division, serving clients across the Pacific Time zone. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to insurance companies and their clients by helping families find temporary housing solutions, booking hotels, homes, RVs, and more, and managing all stages of the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional image, and a track record in inside sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of sales experience
• Inside sales experience or apartment leasing/hospitality background is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for insureds, members, and adjusters to arrange temporary housing
• Search and book hotels and temporary housing for displaced clients
• Act as brand ambassador throughout the housing process
• Manage client needs and ensure expenses stay within policy limits
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hotels, vendors, and sales reps
• Input and maintain accurate records in the company database
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure consistent service
