Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of sales experience
• Inside sales experience or apartment leasing/hospitality background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for insureds, members, and adjusters to arrange temporary housing
• Search and book hotels and temporary housing for displaced clients
• Act as brand ambassador throughout the housing process
• Manage client needs and ensure expenses stay within policy limits
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hotels, vendors, and sales reps
• Input and maintain accurate records in the company database

Account Manager

National Corporate Housing is hiring an Account Manager for their Insurance Housing Division, specifically for the Pacific Standard Time zone. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to insurance companies and their clients by assisting families and individuals in finding temporary housing solutions. Responsibilities include booking various types of accommodations (hotels, single-family homes, RVs, trailers, apartments, condos) and managing all stages of the sales process, including paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional image, and excellent customer service abilities. This is a remote position, and the company will provide necessary equipment. Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet and a suitable workspace.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for the insureds, members and insurance adjusters assisting with temporary housing.
• Search and book hotels and temporary housings for the insureds who are displaced from their home due to damage.
• Ambassador of brand and customer experience throughout entire housing process.
• Mange the needs of insureds and ensure expenses stay within the policy limits.
• Educator and facilitator throughout entire housing process.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, outside sales reps, hotels, vendors, and other business contacts.
• Resolve any issues related to the stay of the hotel or temporary housing.
• Input and maintain accurate records within company database.
• Partnership with sales team to provide consistency in service.
• Document preparation as it pertains to placements of the insureds in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
• Manage high volume emails, inbound and outbound calls.
• Participation in our after hours, on call, rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is ideal.
• Three to five years of sales experience.
• Proven experience in an inside sales position required and/or experience in apartment leasing, hospitality/hotel is a plus.
• Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed.
• Prioritize and multi-task a high volume of customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills including proficiency in grammar and phone etiquette.
• Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong ability to multitask with a sense of urgency and deadline oriented.
