Job summary

National Corporate Housing is seeking an Account Manager for its Insurance Housing Division, supporting families and individuals with temporary housing across hotels, homes and other accommodations. You will manage the full sales process, from discovery to placement, while ensuring exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, professional presentation, and the ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a suitable home office. Equipment is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is ideal.
• Three to five years of sales experience.
• Experience in inside sales or apartment leasing/hospitality is a plus.
• Fast paced, independent self-starter with drive to succeed.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines, strong communication.
• Proficient in written/verbal English with good grammar.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Main contact for insureds, members and adjusters for temporary housing.
• Search and book hotels and temporary housing for displaced insureds.
• Maintain brand and customer experience throughout the housing process.
• Ensure expenses stay within policy limits and manage relationships.
• Input and maintain records in company database; collaborate with sales.
